Sarah has been practicing as a clinical psychologist in private practice and in public mental health settings since 2004. She obtained a Masters degree of Clinical Psychology and is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).
Sarah has experience providing short term and longer term therapeutic interventions for individuals with complex mental illnesses. In her private practice Sarah focuses on seeing adults who need a safe place to work through difficult events or periods of growth, or simply to work out what direction they want to take next.
Sarah has particular interests in trauma, mood disorders, men’s mental health, adjustment disorders, and childhood emotional neglect. Her main therapeutic frameworks are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, and Solution Focussed Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Geordy is a Clinical Psychologist with many years’ experience working in both private practice and Victorian public mental health. He obtained Master of Philosophy in Medical and Social Psychology in 2002 and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Geordy is passionate to work collaboratively with people who experience psychological distress in their life, to bring about positive change in how they feel and function, in a highly individualized and professional way.
His special interests include anxieties and phobias, panic disorder, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), self-esteem, adjustment to life changes, anger management, stress and trauma. Anchoring on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) he incorporates other evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Relaxation training. Geordy is available to see adolescents, adults and older adults.
Byron De Ridder

Byron is a psychologist who has experience working with adults, adolescents and children across both private and public mental health settings. He is comfortable working with client presentations ranging from symptom relief to serious mental illness.
Byron is a warm clinician who uses a person-centred and strengths-based approach to therapy. Working collaboratively with his clients, he strives to create an accepting, non-judgemental space for clients to safely explore their concerns. He aims to tailor each treatment plan to the unique needs of each client.
Byron uses several evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Solution Focussed Brief Therapy. Byron’s special interests include anxiety, depression, OCD, men’s mental health, relationship issues, addiction, and adolescent issues.
