Sarah has experience providing short term and longer term therapeutic interventions for individuals with a range of issues and challenges. In her private practice Sarah often sees adults who need a safe place to work through difficult events or periods of growth, or simply to work out what direction they want to take next.
Sarah has particular interests in mood disorders, depression & anxiety, and adjustment disorders. Her main therapeutic frameworks are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution Focussed Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Suzanne also has an interest in the assessment and treatment of anxiety and depression, adjustment issues, as well as a special interest in trauma work. She provides treatment within a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework, as well as Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma.
Her treatment approaches not only aim to help individuals to develop effective strategies to cope with a range of life’s challenges, but to also assist them to create a rich, valued, and meaningful life despite those challenges.
As part of her treatment approach Suzanne endeavours to create a safe therapeutic relationship in which individuals feel respected and heard.
Byron de Ridder

Byron is a warm clinician who uses a person-centred and strengths-based approach to therapy. Working collaboratively with his clients, he strives to create an accepting, non-judgemental space for clients to safely explore their concerns. He aims to tailor each treatment plan to the unique needs of each client.
Byron uses several evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Solution Focussed Brief Therapy. Byron’s special interests include anxiety, depression, OCD, men’s mental health, relationship issues, addiction, and adolescent issues.
